This wasn't the "exceptional experience" I was promised; it was frustrating and unacceptable for a luxury item. I felt forced to engage with customer service to address this glaring oversight and the sheer disappointment it caused.

Customer: I'm calling about an online order, #12345. I purchased an IWC watch for my husband, and frankly, I'm very disappointed. The strap is clearly a bit loose. CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear about this, ma'am. That's definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Could you please confirm your order number again so I can look it up? Customer: It's #12345. This isn't what I expected from a luxury brand. It's frustrating to receive a watch that doesn't fit right out of the box after an online purchase.
